Abstrakt	EU-Forschungsprojekt (TSER): Internationale Konferenz zu institutionellen, pädagogischen und kulturellen Aspekten beim Lernen in Computernetzwerken in der Hochschulausbildung und beruflichen Bildung, Barcelona Dezember 2000The objectives of the workshop are: - To valorise and synthesise results of specific TSER projects and projects with a socio-economic research dimension of the Educational Multimedia Task Force tackling issues related to Virtual Learning Environments (VLE). - To build a European conceptualisation and understanding of Virtual Learning Environments based on how they are implemented across different contexts. - To draw on top class and leading-edge European expertise in order to examine the relationships between institutional, teaching and learning and multi-cultural and multi-lingual issues in Virtual Learning Environments (VLE). To validate the results of the studies undertaken in the Thematic Network IVETTE.
