Abstrakt

Es handelt sich um ein "Dachprojekt" unter der Gesamtleitung von Prof. Suzanne Kapelari. Die genannten MitarbeiterInnen sind jeweils Teilprojektverantwortliche.

Es sind weiters als durchführende Institutionen sowohl Organisationseinheiten der Universität Innsbruck als auch weitere Partnereinrichtungen genannt.

 

Ziele: Das INNALP Education Hub nutzt regionale Synergien und schafft ein Infrastrukturangebot, welches Ressourcen bündelt, die Entwicklung von Innovationsvorhaben erleichtert, ein systematisches Testen von Bildungsinnovationen mit Schüler*innen ermöglicht und eine kostengünstige wissenschaftliche Begleitung anbietet. Die inhaltliche und interdisziplinäre Vernetzung der Innovationsprojekte folgt den Leitkriterien der optimierten Nutzung analoger / digitaler / kombinierter Konzepte und Materialien, sowie der Inklusion und Nachhaltigkeit in drei Innovationsfeldern.

Objectives: The INNALP Education Hub uses regional synergies and creates an infrastructure offer which bundles resources, facilitates the development of innovation projects, enables systematic testing of educational innovations with students and offers cost-effective scientific evaluation of educational innovation projects. Education, research and business partners, together with three education directorates and six partner schools form an innovation network. Teachers and students test innovative teaching & learning methods and try out the use of (digital) technologies. Future teachers learn about innovative educational concepts during their training and carry these innovations into their professional field.

Inhalt: Der DigiTech Space, bieten Laborinfrastruktur für Bildungsinnovationen an, die einen Focus auf Digitalisierung und Robotik in der Berufsbildung und im technisch-kreativen Unterricht legt. Der Media, Inclusion & AI Space nimmt Inklusion, Barrierefreiheit, Diversität und Heterogenität in der Gesellschaft, assistierende Technologien und künstliche Intelligenz, sowie Medien- und Technologiekultur in den Blick und im Green Space werden Lehr & Lerninnovationen in außerschulische Lernräumen und Lernsettings umsetzt, die den Kontext einer Bildung für eine Nachhaltige Entwicklung (BNE) adressieren.

Content: The content-related and interdisciplinary network of innovation activities is based on the guiding criteria of optimized use of analog/digital/combined concepts and materials, as well as inclusion and sustainability in the three innovation spaces. The DigiTech Space offers laboratory infrastructure for educational innovations that focus on digitization and robotics in vocational training and in technical-creative teaching. The Media, Inclusion & AI Space addresses inclusion, assisting technologies and AI, as well as media and technology culture. Green Space innovations are implemented in non-formal learning settings and address Education for Sustainable Development.

Methode

Methoden: Innovationsprojekte adressieren bildungsrelevante Entwicklungsfragen, wie z.B. „Wie können CAD und 3D-Druck mittels learning-by-design für nachhaltiges Lernen eingesetzt werden?“. Lehr- & Lernangebote werden entwickelt und Lehrpersonen und Schüler*innen testen und erproben diese in der Praxis. Anhand der Aufgabenstellung bzw. dem Innovationsziel erfolgt die Auswahl der wissenschaftlichen Begleitung. Künftige Lehrer*innen führen diese durch und lernen so innovative Bildungskonzepte schon in der Ausbildung kennen. Sie tragen dieses Know how in ihr späteres Berufsfeld. Das Projektmanagement kümmert sich um den organisatorischen Ablauf. Ein/e technische/r Laborbetreuer*in ist vor Ort. Im internen Beirat werden neue Innovationsvorhaben geplant und Investitionen abgesprochen.

Methods: Innovation projects address educationally relevant development questions, such as "How can 3D printing be used for sustainable learning by means of learning-by-design?". Evaluation is selected on the basis of the task or the innovation objective. For the implementation they are registered with the INNALP project management, which books time slots for testing in the innovation labs equipped for this purpose. Students of the selected target group are invited to the tests and accompanied scientifically. A technical lab supervisor is on site. New projects are planned and investments are agreed upon in the internal advisory board.

Ergebnisse

Ergebnisse: In 6 Laborstandorten wird fachliche Expertise, praktische Anleitung und modernste Infrastruktur angeboten. 19 neue Bildungskonzepte werden entwickelt und mit Lehrenden und insg. 1520 Schüler*innen praxisnah erprobt. Im Rahmen der wissenschaftlichen Begleitung werden 19 Abschlussarbeiten von Lehramts-/Doktoratsstudierenden verfasst und 19 innovative Lehr & Lernangebote in das Bildungsangebot der Region integriert. Das Projektmanagement gewährleistet die effektive, niederschwellige und nachhaltige Nutzung der gemeinsamen Ressourcen. Im Verlauf der 3 geförderten Projektjahre wird eine INNALP Innovationskultur etabliert. Die eingerichteten Labore garantieren über die Projektdauer hinaus eine weitere Beförderung dieses geänderten Innovationsverständnisses im Bildungskontext. Der INNALP-Education Hub wird aufgrund seiner organisatorischen und inhaltlichen Ausrichtung maßgebliche Beiträge zur nationalen Digitalisierungsinitiative und den SDG Nachhaltigkeitszielen leisten.

Results: Professional expertise, practical guidance and state-of-the-art infrastructure are offered in six lab locations. 19 new educational concepts are developed and tested with teachers and a total of 1520 students. As part of the quality management, 19 theses will be written by student teachers/doctoral students and 19 innovative teaching and learning offers will be integrated into the region's educational offers. The project management ensures the effective, low-threshold and sustainable use of shared resources. Over three funded project years, an INNALP innovation culture is established. The established laboratories guarantee a further promotion of this changed understanding of the educational context beyond the project duration. Due to its organizational and content-related orientation, the INNALP Education Hub will make significant contributions to the national digitization initiative and the SDG sustainability goals.
